- sourdough bread · 4 slices6 oz
Steps
- 1Mash the avocado with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, half of the salt, and half of the black pepper until mostly smooth.
- 2Pat the chicken breast dry, then season both sides with the remaining salt and black pepper.
- 3Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, turning once. Let it rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.
- 4Place the sourdough bread in the same skillet and toast both sides until lightly crisp.
- 5Spread the avocado yogurt mixture on the toasted bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sliced chicken. Close the sandwiches and cut in half.
